Happy Monday, Mompreneurs!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Resurrection Weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will post pictures soon. :)

I’ve been pondering this scripture lately and what it means to me, on a very personal level.

Remember that it is God, who gave you power to create wealth…
Deuteronomy 8:18

I believe that God has put in every, single one of you a gift of creativity. Whether it be witty ideas, intrinsic inventions, heartfelt partnerships, and/or strategic business solutions – You have a gift to create something of value to others.

If we allow the Holy Spirit liberty, in our lives, we can birth a reflection of God’s creative genius every, single day. In essence, we can become mirrors of heavenly creativity, here on earth.

It’s cool to know I can be a reflction pool of God’s magnificent creativity – you can too! :)

I know for me, though, sometimes I get a little intimated by the success of other Mompreneurs; thinking “Is this really possible for me, too?” Then that just makes me overwhelmed, by how far I need to go, in order to accomplish my dreams.

That’s when I realize that I can’t do anything without the Lord. It is He, who gives me the “creative” power and ability to create wealth. He and He alone is mindful of me and my family and will withhold no good thing from us and my businesses.

This is where I find comfort…

I hope you do too! ♥

~ My Prayer for You ~
Lord, I pray you give each Mompreneur a divine encounter with you, where she can find comfort in knowing that you are mindful of and will withhold no good thing from her and her business. Father give her witty ideas, intrinsic inventions, heartfelt partnerships, and/or strategic business solutions that will help, to benefit others and allow her to create a legacy of wealth, in her family, for generations to come. God, remind her to look to those who have experienced success, as a landmark of your unbiased favor for your Daughters. And for those, who have experienced success, let them be reminded of your unmerited grace and mercy towards them. As a result, prompt them to reach back, and give back to those Mompreneurs, who are striving for good success, in their businesses.
In all things, I ask in Jesus name, Amen.

As I posted in an earlier post, Afternoon tea is a time for ladies to gather; enjoy a cup (or two) of tea; indulge in savories and sweets; and chat about their lives. It is a way to bond with one another and reconnect with the lady inside of us all!

Here, on AngelicaKimberly, my vision is to create a safe place for all of my Mompreneurs to express yourselves and share your progress with your home business. Every Friday at noon, we’ll have Afternoon Tea.

I really want you to take the time to reflect on your week. Think about your successes, fallacies, and hiccups. :) Share your experiences, so we can get to know you. In return, you’ll receive support, encouragement, and a advice.

The whole idea is for each of us to reflect on our businesses and reach out to one another for support and love – or a hug if you need one. :)

So, here are my reflections from this week:

  1. Sometimes you have to dig in deeper within yourself than you could have possible imagined. This week has been interesting to say the least. My business is steadily growing, but I’ve also experienced quite a few hiccups. So I’ve had to dig in and discover some new things about myself and realize the areas I need to grow in.
  2. Now that www.AngelicaKimberly.com has officially launched, I’m busier than EVER! In my attempt to share my journey with you Ladies and offer a place of support for all the Mompreneurs, who have reached out, I sometimes get a bit overwhelmed with the task at hand. This is when I have to go to my quiet place, pray, seek the Lord, and allow him to give me all that I need. In turn, I get to give you MY ABSOLUTE BEST!
  3. Retreat. I need a retreat with just the Hubs and I. It’s been forever, since we’ve gotten away with just the two of us. This weekend, we are attending a marriage mini-conference hosted by the wonderful couple, Kevin and Cetelia Bullard over at Marriage Works! I think this will be a good time for us to reflect on our marriage and seek the Lord on how we can purposely fulfill God’s desire for us as a couple. I’m excited! I’m super excited that the kiddos will be elsewhere – yet in good hands! :)

There you have it!

Take the time to post your reflections from this week. Please, don’t be shy to reach out. :)

Come along inside… We’ll see if tea and buns can make the world a better place.
~The Wind in the Willow~

I spent many years, as a child, living in Germany and traveling all over Europe. I love that continent. I really do!:)

One of the things I learned much about was afternoon tea, High tea, and other tea societies and social gathering that are native to the locals.

So, here are my reflections from this week:

  1. Being a home business owner is a lot of work! It takes a lot of effort, tenacity, and in my case – do-overs.
  2. I’ve been working hard at preparing this blog for my Mompreneurs and I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve even rediscovered my love for writing and expressing my thoughts with words.
  3. Sleep. This is something I desprately need! I’ve been working super, duper hard this week and I’ve neglected some much needed rest. The sad part is, I don’t see me getting any this weekend. “This will pay off” – is what I keep telling myself.

There you have it! Take the time to post your reflections below. Please, don’t be shy to reach out. :)
