It’s a Thrilling Thursday!

As you may know, March is Women’s History Month. What a better way to commemorate this month, than by serving the needs of women in our community?

I am partnering with the Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro and The Bargain Box!

Here’s a little information about the Women’s Resource Center
This wonderful organization helps women navigate life’s hurdles, access community services, develop new skill sets, all in an effort to move lives forward. WRC promotes the self-reliance of women by assessing needs, providing services and acting as a gateway to community resources. In seeking solutions for unmet needs, the WRC provides strategic leadership through collaboration and partnerships within the community. Their services are offered to women who are:

  • Recovering from abusive a relationship
  • Dealing with divorce
  • Starting a new career
  • Caring for a loved one
  • Coping with just about any of life’s challenges

Let’s Reach Back, Give Back! – Shop in Your Personal Closet
Donate new or used business professional & business casual clothing and shoes. The clothing will be donated to the Bargain Box and specifically earmarked for credit to the Women’s Resource Center. When a need arises for a woman who is need of clothing, she will recieve a “shopping certificate” for the Bargain Box.

What a great deal!

Our Goal!
Donate 50 articles of clothing and shoes to the WRC. We can do it!!!

Your Incentive!
For each article of clothing you donate, receive 10% OFF the purchase of one regular priced jewelry item! (Up to 50% off. Cannot be combined with other specials.)

If you donate 7 items, you can receive 50% off of one jewelry item and 20% off of another jewelry item.

The more you give, the more you save!

So clean out your closets, Ladies! Let’s give BIG to the Women’s Resource Center and the Bargain Box!

Be sure to bring a friend or two and share in the fun!

Come for 30 minutes or stay the entire time, either way you’ll enjoy yourself. We’ll have complimentary cupcakes…Coach Wallet & MAC Makeup drawings will be held!

Meet me at Maxie B’s Bakery Parlor in Greensboro on Saturday, March 31st from 4-7pm. I hope to see you there!

Ladies (and Gents)!

Thanks so much for your support of my event this past Saturday. I had a great time rekindling old friendships, strengthening others, and making new friends! All of this in the name of charity! :)

If you’d still like to donate, please connect with me. I am a little shy of my goal and would be grateful for the additional donations of formaldehyde-free nail polish you bring,

Are you looking for a way to give back and make a big impact on just one woman’s life, this weekend?

Polish & Posh – Let’s Support a Great Cause!

I am partnering with the Look Good, Feel Better Program® of the Friends of The Cape Fear Valley Cancer Center. They were at the cornerstone of my Mom’s breast cancer treatment.

♥ Because they were so good to my Mommy, I want to help them be so good to someone else’s Mommy! ♥

Did you know that chemotherapy can cause a woman’s nails and nail beds to change color, become brittle, grooved, lifted, and sensitive? But a bottle of nail polish can soothe these side effects!

Reach Back, Give Back - Ladies, let’s donate to this great organization!

Here’s how!
For every bottle of formaldehyde-free nail polish you bring, you can receive 10% OFF the purchase of a regular priced item! (Up to 50% off.)

Our Goal!
Donate 50 bottles of nail polish. We can do it!!!

See you Saturday, February 25th (That’s TODAY) at Maxie B’s in Greensboro (3-6pm). Plus, indulge in complimentary cupcakes, coffee, and great conversation!
